MBA Directorate Organized Leadership Development Session

The MBA Directorate at IBA Karachi is honored to host Mr. Salman Ahmed, currently appointed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif as a member of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council (EAC), the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit (PMDU), and Ambassador-at-Large for Investment. Mr. Salman is also the Former Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Salman Ahmed conducted a series of engaging and insightful Leadership Development sessions with our MBA cohorts, sharing his invaluable perspectives on leadership, personal growth, and strategic thinking in today’s dynamic business environment. Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, he encouraged students to reflect on their leadership styles, decision-making approaches, and the importance of leading with purpose and empathy.
